Office Guidelines
Parents will sometimes ask if they are allowed to stay with their child during their appointment, to which we say— of course! If your child is anxious about their appointment, you are more than welcome to accompany them to their private treatment room. We do recommend that as children get older and become more familiar with our office and team that parents wait in the lobby, as it helps our team build a stronger relationship with each patient. Children who are not being worked with should always remain in the lobby with a supervising adult.
Since we work hard to find convenient time frames that will work with your schedule and our team’s daily schedule, we also ask for a 24-hour advance notice if an appointment needs to be canceled when possible.
